FBI MoneyPak virus/malware

has infected my computer somehow. It froze up my computer and then a thing popped up that told me the FBI was going to put me in jail for downloading music if I don't pay 200 dollars. (I don't download music so whatever haha) but it froze it up and i couldn't get it off without restarting my computer and running my virus scan before i did anything else. So if this happens to you don't pay it, it's a scam.
Apparently it's been hitting a lot of people lately.

Got it... did a system restore from the day before and had no other issues.

What virus scanner did you use? Are you sure it is gone? This info could help other people. I highly recommend Microsoft security essentials (mse). It is the best free antivirus software out currently.

I used SuperAnti Spyware and it picked up a Trojan and i haven't had any problems since.

I use Avast internet suite. Best security I've ever used. I've never payed played for an antivirus program but I did for this...
