prior to the Sugar Bowl Mauldin had this to say in response to Omarius Hines saying they were going to win(blow us out).
"I didn't see that (2010 Sugar Bowl) game," Mauldin said. "But if it's a blowout and Louisville and Florida is in that thing, it's going to be Louisville doing the blowing out...
If ya'll don't know that we coming we are going to show you. Simple."

He rode back from New Orleans to Atlanta on the plane beside us. I congratulated him and asked him about this interview.
I asked if he got into trouble and he said, "the coaches liked that one of us was finally running smack talk."
He is a really nice guy. Grew up in 16 foster homes and, somehow, made it. I look forward to seeing him play on Sundays after he leaves here.

After meeting him during the signing yesterday he was going out of his way to have his picture taken with everyone. Class act. What was the best? "If they let me, I'll stay out here all day, as long as fans are here, I'll be here." That did it for me. Devante was the same. Taking pictures with kids, people in the line for rbs he was telling kids to hand him stuff and he'd sign it. These dudes are awesome.
