Let's see. In three years he's resurrected a dismantled program , gone to three straight bowl games , including a BCS bowl, won 9 games in a row for the first time in school history, , elevated UL football recruiting, filled an expanded stadium and done it all with class. Raise? No, I think we should stand pat and let other programs offer him more. Why would we want to keep him?
(Does sarcasim come aross on message boards?)
I vote that Carddoc be banned permanantly . Anybody else? give him his money back and send him packing!

None of the things that you reference relate to his ability to be a HC. I never question his general coaching ability, only his HC ability. I think he would be great to keep on staff. However, all the data indicates that he has no ability to perform HC duties. He seems to lack the cognitive capacity to make good decisions. his history shows that he is great as long as someone is directing him. However, he continually makes poor decisions.
All of the success the past 2 years is directly attributable to Teddy.
LOL at banning me! Why would you ban one of the few people on the board that provides objective analysis?

Teddy = Recruited by Clint Hurtt Clint Hurtt = Hired by Charlie Strong
Lets face it; Charlie has assembled a staff to bring in the talent. Isn't that a part of what a head coach is supposed to do which is why we are 10-2 and not 2-10. As he continues to grow and develop, he will mold himself into a great coach and continue bringing in the talent.
We all remember when we started our careers, right? We were all young and inexperienced, but as we learned the job and developed, we became knowledgeable. To call him a terrible HC is ridiculous.

Does CCS get/deserve a raise?
