Charlie has reminded the players that UK has won 4 of the last 5 and that UK has won 6 of 9 games in Louisville. Well, yes, but two of those wins were in 1913 and 1915. In the modern series, UK is 4-3 in Louisville. But I love that Charlie does his history homework to prove his point even more to the players. He is a great motivator! By the way, U of L is 7-4 in Lexington. Overall, U of L leads modern series 10-8.

Does all that statistical crap make you feel better about your chances of winning this game?
Does the fact you have no proven QB, a bad OL, a defense that was not that great and lost most of that... make you feel good about your chances of winning?
Sounds like someone is getting a little nervous.
Those stats are in your favor, numbnuts.
I feel better about our chances of winning the game because of the better talent on the field as well as the staff on the sideline.

"There is a level of cowardice lower than that of the conformist: the fashionable non-conformist." Ayn Rand
Golfnut still trying to convince them self that they have a shot at winning. It's funny... and sad.
GMAN316: Jameis Winston isn't Jeff Driskel and Jimbo Fisher isn't Mushchump. FSU wins easily.
Sounds like Charlie is pretty worried and concerned about overconfidence and his team not taking UK seriously. He had better hope none of his players spend a second interacting with the typical UL fan, otherwise they will think throwing their helmets on the field will be good enough for a 70-0 win.
I think CCS is afraid that 70 will be hard to hit if the team is too confident. We might get stuck at 63 or 66.

says the guy with an "8" on every piece of clothing he owns.
Because the typical uk fan is so humble in their predictions. Unlike uk losers UL fans don't think we are the same as the team. Fans can be "over confident" and that does not mean the team is. I remember uk fans claiming their 10 point spread before the game was not enough last year. I guess you told them not to be so confident???? Right???
Lets hear that S-E-C, S-E-C chant as if you guys become better by association. DIAF JHB
I am not worried at all. We could give our team to Joker and Charlie takes the kittens to coach for a day and Charlie would still win.
Yup, we start 1-0 and they will start 0-1. Not worried about this game at all.
better hope uok players don't run into a typical uok fan. A typical uok fan like this one.

Yes it does, because everyone knows that football is all about what you did from 1912 to 1987. Because we all know Norte Dame hasn't won anything in the modern era, and Georgia got punished by WVU, but man they are always great because they did something 50 years ago.
Michigan has been down for several years along with the Big 10, uh 11, uh Big something has been down but oh the mighty ESPN and other sports historians base all things on past performance.
I myself, think is all hogwash.
More like "8*" jns51
Typical UK fans don't care about their football team. Sad but true.
The ones I know are buying WKU tickets. Truth
A UK fan that is ALWAYS spouting off a buch of tired statistics about championships won 40 or 50 years ago complaining about stats . . . . . . . HA!
I can't wait to start an S-E-C, S-E-C mock chant after we wipe our asses with the Cats in 5 days! It is going to be so much!
