In a handful of more years there won't be an NCAA anymore. No point. The powerhouses have the money to buy their way out of anything and the lower level schools aren't going to want to pay for the NCAA anymore.
It is a joke and a sham of an organization.
The only way schools are going to stop the cheating at other schools is to stop scheduling them. The NCAA doesn't care so long as they get paid. Once schools ban together and refuse to schedule cheaters, then it might fixed but until then it won't.
Until something is reported with proof in stone, nothing will happen.
Exactly. And until other coaches start ratting, nothing will happen.
Was told by good source over the weekend things are looking better for UK.
As far as being better at cheating?
Assuming hes talking on the Wiggins front. I wouldnt expect all those kids back like they were screaming after the Robert Morris loss. It would be bad business to do so. Draft next year will be stronger than this year AND they will get less time. Wiggins aint going ANYWHERE to play less than 35 min a night.
Hopefully they leave, I dont want to face a team with 4-5 NBA players backing up 4-5 NBA starters. Too much talent. Calipari couldnt mess that up.
Count me as a sick person that wants Wiggins to go there. That'll give him seven recruits, and quite a few are head cases. Wiggins' dad seems like a lose cannon - I can't see him sitting quietly as someone like kyle wiltjer takes a last second shot in the NIT because Cal had guys that "were uncoachable".
The more freshmen with egos on the floor the better. Cal relied on Gillispie recruits in Patterson, Jorts and Liggins to be the voice of reason and keep the kids in line. Once he lost that senior leadership from guys that weren't recruited to do whatever they want whenever they want he went right in the crapper.
