Two big Louisville targets committed to Kentucky tonight, 3 star CB Mike Edwards and 4 star S Darius West. It bothers me that Stoops can tell these kids that they will be good in the SEC one day. Why can't we land big recruits??
Have you seen our roster?
We are landing the kids we need.
Relax, they are so far behind us they will NEVER catch up!
The only place I would rather be right now
I'm not worried about UK catching up to us I'm just worried why we can't land our top targets
No disrespect but we are and have been landing the players the coaches want. FYI Strong and his staff don't accept just any player that wants to commit. They only offer and accept players that they want. Strongs track record of landing and developing studs is obvious. This recruiting class is on it's way to be the best ever, there is no reason to worry.
Also, remember, in football recruiting, commitments don't mean much.

We are playing catch up in Ohio. I'm glad we are getting more involved in Ohio again. But after Charlie's first class we haven't seen a lot of kids jumping the river to Louisville.
Their staff should do well in Ohio. The Stoops name along with Vince Marrow are keys to their recruiting success in Ohio. UK has to hold on to them too. They may hold them all but I doubt it.
We'll be fine. I have no doubt about it. I do wish we had locked up Tubbman when we has the chance. DB isn't a spot we are lacking for talent in this class. DT is a huge concern of mine. Pun intended.
This will stop when recruits get to see Stoops have his ass handed to him by SEC teams. Right now he is selling recuits on early playing time and their SEC affiliation. The shine will come off once he starts getting stomped like every other UK coach. He has managed to convince some gullible recruits that they could win at UK because they haven't had a chance to see UK on the field yet. If not then I hope they enjoy Memphis in December.

I hate Kentucky.
Really? Ever heard of Quick? Did you watch the sugar bowl last year? WTF are you talking about?
Great time to be a Cardinal, and getting better!
Louisville by birth, Cardinal by the grace of God!
"You're drunk again. No, I'm just exhausted 'cause I've been up all night drinking."
It makes us look really silly when our best rejoinder is "they're cheating." Give credit where it is due. Stoops is doing a great job selling UK football. For the life of me, I don't know why anyone would want to play in that program, but some guys can sell ice to Eskimos.
Well we know that they are no stranger to hiring someone who recruits dirty (Calipari) so why is it crazy to think they would do it in football?
The guy is doing maybe the best recruiting I have ever seen. He is recruiting top players to one of the worst programs in the entire country. It's very hard for me to take the success seriously. I believe something is up.
I tend to agree, lots of teams can offer early PT. Its very strange why these kids are going there.
1) he is selling early PT.
2) They play in the SEC.
Let's focus on us. We have a very talented, deep squad. They are three years behind us.
