My cousin in Lexington (who's a big UK fan ) says there are tents set up for Big Blue Madness tickets. The tickets don't go on sale until Saturday but they've been camping out since last night for an exhibition? That's not passion that's insanity. It's a freaking exhibition!!

sadly, this is all they live for.
I just set up a tent out back my house. I am planning to watch the grass grow. darn dandilions.
A simple question: is your butt jealous of the amount crap coming from your mouth?
Yet more proof that all most of them have, to look forward to in life, is uk basketball. Smh
Its their SUPER BOWL! Every basketball event is for those lunatics
Thats called moving for UK fans. Just take your tent from one place to the next.
Theres a line between dedicated fanbase and sad.
UK is about a mile across that line.
Or the difference between a fan and a fanatic!
"The longer I live the more I am convinced the Beatles had the greatest single impact on western culture since Jesus Christ." -me
to me shows how sad the football program is and support for said program
That's why they will never get a football coach who's worth a ****.

I understand loyalty and commitment to a team and all but i dont care if Halle Berry was there, I am not camping period for anything, that is just absolutely ridiculous, I wouldn't be proud of that.
More like the difference between fan and pathetic
Fan loyalty is one thing, putting life on hold for tickets to a practice might be a reason to re examine what your plan is in life.

No joke they made commemorative t-shirts for the occasion. UKant make this stuff up.
Who is doing their jobs in their absence?............Oh, wait, never mind.
It's just my Pimp Boot. Dat's to get the honeys: http://youtu.be/uqBfQJb2cS8?t=1m2s
I live near campus, and I drove by there last night on my way to Kroger.
There were at least 200 tents out there as of 9:30 last night, and that's probably a conservative estimate.
Cornhole boards, boomboxes, generators with TVs, coolers, etc.
It looked like a tailgaiting party for a meth convention.
Even those who arrange and design shrubberies are under considerable economic stress in this period in history.
They reported 400 tents on the 6 o'clock news last night in lex, with over 500 expected breaking last years record by about 50.
No way is that true...for an exhibition?...there is just no Way...
Come to UK where jobs and education (going to class) is secondary to the basketball program.
Not only is this not suprising, I'd bet there are t shirts to commemorate the camping out for the tickets, not only the exhibiiton game itself
Are we talking about the players or the fans?
You are correct. The tshirts are NOT for the game. The tshirtsare about the camping out for tickets.
What I can't understand is how proud of it they are. Weirdos!
Speaking of this, keep an eye on the guy setting up the yellow tent.
Watch as campers descend upon the grounds surrounding Memorial Coliseum to setup camp for Big Blue Madness tickets. Dont forget to follow Kentucky Wildcats ...
