Shaqquan Aaron pushes Cardinals up
Louisville landed prized recruit Shaqquan Aaron over the weekend and took over the No. 2 spot in the 2014 team recruiting rankings.
How exactly are we #2 to Ohio State? Please adjust whatever ridiculous "math" is used in your ranking process. Not saying ours is or will be the best but these two classes aren't even close.
SF Keita Bates-Diop (#20 247Sports/ #19 247Composite)
SF Jae’Sean Tate (#53 247Sports/ #49 247Composite)
PF Dave Ball (#94 247Sports/ #161 247Composite)
SG Shaqquan Aaron (#15 247Sports/ #29 247Composite)
PG Quentin Snider (#26 247Sports/ #27 247Composite)
I'm going to go out on a limb and say 2014 will be Rick's best recruiting class ever (gulp). I really think he's going to pick up two more five star studs. Could be D'Angelo Russell, Trey Lyles, Jaquan Lyle, Daniel Hamilton or Jalen Lindsey...other notable long shots...Okafor, Looney or Pinson. I think they really put alot of intense effort with several of these guys and it will pay dividends. There may be a shocker (game changer) which commits to this class.
The overall rankings are usually weighted towards quantity as well as quality.
Yeah I get that and also understand this is super, duper, ultra early. But COME ON MAN!!! The disparity shouldn't be that far apart.
Looking down at the rest of the rankings, it appears that it's more a matter of most top 2014 recruits still not having picked a school yet.
